Whiteflash Review

Today I would like to write a post to all my fellow men out there who are just considering to become engaged.

I will write this post from one particular angle though! I will write more about how I bought the engagement ring for my girlfriend. I personally bought my diamond ring from Whiteflash and this is why I thought that I might provide some insights into what it is like to buy with Whiteflash.

My concise Whiteflash Diamonds Review

Right from the beginning I decided that I wanted to buy the engagement ring on the internet. I had read a lot about buying diamonds online in magazines such as Forbes.

I quickly came to the conclusion that it would be cheaper to buy a diamond online as opposed to buying it in a traditional brick and mortar store!

When getting deeper down into my research I quickly realized that there are diferent kind of qualities in diamonds. I was really surprised about how much there is to know about diamonds.

One resource that particularly helped me a lot was this diamond clarity guide. In fact, the diamond clarity together with the diamond color are the best places to compromise on in a diamond.

The only thing that you should not compromise on when dealing with diamonds is the diamond cut. This is precisely why I ended up buying a diamond from Whiteflash.

Whiteflash is very well known for having diamonds with a super diamond cut. A superb diamond cut in this case refers to a hearts and arrows diamond that is within super ideal cut proportions.

This was exactly what I wanted to get for myself!
For all you people who don’t have any clue what that means let me give you a brief outline.

Whiteflash A Cut Above diamonds

All of Whiteflash’s signature diamonds are hearts and arrows diamonds. They are called hearts and arrows diamonds because they actually have a hearts and an arrows pattern inside them depending where you actually view them from.

The point of such a hearts and arrows pattern is that is very rare and means that the diamond has an exceptional symmetry. Diamond Experts actually think that only around 1% of all available diamonds fall within the hearts and arrows category!

This kind of superb diamond symmetry also contributes to a better light performance. But I don’t want to tell you any stories. The diamond cut is actually more important than the diamond symmetry.

The diamond symmetry only has a minor influence on the sparkle of the diamond. Still, I had to get my hands on such a perfect diamond.

With A Cut Above diamonds you can be sure that every diamond is a hearts and arrows diamond. Of course, you will still find differences in the quality of the single hearts images. This is why I would recommend to take a closer look at all the single hearts images.

Some hearts images will show larger deviations and some won’t. This is definitely not something that you would ever be able to see with your bare eyes.

But for me it was great fun anyways to search for that one perfect diamond that would be the pinnacle of diamond craftsmanship! This is what I wanted to give to my future wife.

With some help of several diamond experts I was able to find a diamond that had the perfect diamond image.

Not only that but it also had the best diamond proportions you could ever think up!

The best and most balanced diamond proportions are a 34.5° crown angle and a 40.8° pavilion angle! This is exactly the kind of diamond I got!

Of course, you will find many different opinions on this issue! But in general any crown angle between 34.0° – 35.0° and a pavilion angle between 40.6° – 41.0° qualifies for super ideal cut proportions.

If you find a diamond that has both of these crucial proportions in the perfect middle you can be sure that the won’t be any light leakage and the balance of fire and brilliance will be perfect.

This is exactly what I got with my Whiteflash diamond. It looks amazing and sparkles like crazy.

My final word

Whiteflash is certainly not the cheapest place to buy a diamond. Whiteflash is only selling high end diamonds for customers that want to have the best cut imaginable.

Super ideal cut hearts and arrows diamonds are not cheap but they have the best light performance and they truly do stand out!

If you want to buy such a diamond I would recommend to do your research and seriously consider checking out whiteflash.com. Go and read as many Whiteflash reviews as you can to make up your own mind.
In the end I was quite content with my own choice!

What I think is a minus is the fact that Whiteflash does not offer any free returns. I did not have any problem and did not have to return the diamond. But if I had to do it I would have had to pay for the insured return shipping.

If you need more help with finding your perfect diamond I recommend you have a look at the FB profile of yourdiamondteacher and the Twitter Page!

Don’t get frustrated in your search for the perfect diamond. It definitely requires some reading into but I have learned so much more about gemstones in the process of diamond shopping that I don’t regret spending all these hours getting a real education on diamonds!

Diamond Rings

An engagement ring should ooze a tremendous deal of thought. It should not be confined to the norm nor should its design be forced to fit into a certain mould. This is why more and more people are looking for custom-designed engagement rings that set themselves apart from any other engagement ring. In the quest to achieve this, many people have found themselves wondering how they can custom-design their engagement rings, instead of buying off-the-shelf rings.

At a glance, designing your engagement ring may seem like a very difficult task to delve in. However, on the contrary, it can be a very simple task, so much so that even the novice engagement ring designers can conduct the task successfully. More astonishing is the fact that you can do all this in the comfort of your home.

All it takes is a little research to get an understanding of the various aspect of designing an engagement ring and taking your ideas to an online engagement ring retailer to have your diamond designed.

Researching On Diamond Designing

Researching on the how to design an engagement should focus on the material used to make engagement rings and the various setting styles that you can choose from.

Material Used To Make The Engagement Ring

One of the obvious material used to make an engagement ring is the diamond. In this regard, you should focus on educating yourself on the various elements pertaining to diamonds. The first and most important should be the cut of the diamond. This influences how well the diamond will shine under light.

The second thing is the shape of the diamond. There are several diamond shapes, including the Round, Princess, eEerald, Oval, Radiant, Asscher, and Cushion, each influencing the spectre of the diamond differently. The third element is the clarity of the diamond and the fourth is the color of the diamond.

After understanding everything there is to know about a diamond, you should delve into the material that the diamond will be set upon. The most popular element includes white gold, yellow gold, rose gold and platinum.

Ring Setting

Diamond setting is basically the structure of the engagement ring and how the various elements will be formed to make a ring. There are numerous styles and in the plethora of variety, many people get confused about which style they would want the ring for their better half to have. Some of the setting include:

Prong Setting – A prong can either be rounded, flat, pointed or V-shaped. Usually, there four to six prongs holding the diamond in place. However, you should ensure that the prong setting you have in mind does not protrude too much as it may snag clothes.
Bezel Setting – In this setting, the diamond id held in place with a thin metal case, as opposed to prongs. It is the preferred setting for active life.
Tension Setting – This is where the diamond is held in place between two metal bands. This type of setting can feature classical tension setting or Bezel tension setting.
Other types of setting include Pave Setting, Channel Setting, Cathedral Setting, Halo Setting, and Bar Setting.

Once you have a full understanding of all these aspect, you can now turn to an online engagement ring retailer and follow their customization process until you end up with a ring that you have in mind. In most case, the process begins with choosing the kind of diamond you want. After that, you get to choose the setting that you fancy. This is followed by choosing the metal for the ring.

However, be sure to shop around so as to find the best deal possible. Do not end your quest with the first online engagement retailer you find.

All the diamond buying might be a little different if you are a non-US resident. For that kind of cases, we suggest getting a US LLC first. Constitutionalist church would be more than happy to assist you in this process.  Otherwise, we simply suggest getting diamond information on wikipedia.
